The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is lavish, offering a wide variety of options. the hotel provides great facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

One downside is that the hotel feels a little outdated in some areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided exemplary service. The concierge, Mr. Hwansuk Jang and Mr. Stanley Kang, went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult time when my daughter fell ill. They accompanied us to the hospital, arranged for an extended check-out time, and showed genuine care and support. The hotel's location was perfect for families, with direct access to a department store and an amusement park. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. This hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy to enjoy some retail therapy.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive atmosphere with exceptional customer service. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were unparalleled, and the exclusive room amenities exceeded our expectations. The private facilities added to the personalized experience of our stay. The in-room breakfast was served promptly with quality dining options. the restaurant and bar/lounge area is highly recommended. The location provided great access to local attractions and shopping.

The only minor issue we experienced was the temperature control in the room. The thermostat appeared to have some inconsistencies, making it difficult to keep a consistent temperature throughout our stay.

The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking night view. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby such as Lotte World Theme Park and Seoul Tower. The convenience of having a 7-11 on-site and access to a gym with an instructor was also a plus.
