There is also a beautiful lake nearby, perfect for those who enjoy exercising outdoors. The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample pillows. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is lavish, offering a wide variety of options. the hotel provides great facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

One downside is that the hotel feels a little outdated in some areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided exemplary service. The concierge, Mr Hwansuk Jang and Mr Stanley Kang, were really good too assist us during a difficult time when my daughter fell ill. They accompanied us to the hospital, arranged for an extended check-out time, and showed genuine care and support. The hotel's location was perfect for families, with direct access to a department store and an amusement park. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel staff were helpful and accommodating. This hotel is also conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy to enjoy some retail therapy.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location near public transportation and shopping options. The gym and spa were well-maintained. English-speaking staff were helpful. WiFi was fast and reliable. Nice selection of food for breakfast.

The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. We loved the convenient location near the department store and Lotte World Theme Park. Plus, there was a great beer restaurant below the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive atmosphere with exceptional customer service. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were unparalleled, and the exclusive room amenities exceeded our expectations. the private facilities added to the personalized experience of our stay. the in-room breakfast was served promptly with quality dining options. the restaurant and bar/lounge area is highly recommended.

The only minor issue we experienced was the temperature control in the room.

The Lotte Hotel World in Seoul exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was polite and helpful from start to finish. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a amazing night view. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby such as Lotte World Theme Park and Seoul Tower. The convenience of having a 7-11 on-site and access to a gym with an instructor was also a plus.

Our stay at Lotte Hotel was awesome. The location was perfect, with a subway station and shopping mall just outside, and a beautiful lake nearby. The facilities, although slightly dated, were well-appointed and convenient. Nearly everything in the room worked well, with no surprises. I would highly recommend this hotel.
